I had a wonderful experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for exploring all the east side attractions in Crete. The staff provided exceptional service and made me feel right at home. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. I loved the fact that there was a patio where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided a fantastic dining experience, especially the delicious breakfast. I also appreciated the outdoor dining area, where I could enjoy my meals while surrounded by the stunning scenery.
I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful and peaceful location with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the rooms are clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms and great service. the breakfast is delicious with fresh pastries and local products. the small pool is perfect for a refreshing dip and there is even a spa for extra relaxation.
The restaurant could use improvement as the food was not up to par with the rest of the hotel's offerings.

The hotel's location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, surrounded by stunning views. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist, and the spa services were a great addition to the experience. The breakfast and dinner options were varied and delicious. The highlight of the new year's celebration was the traditional dance performance and the firework show.
The room was slightly smaller than expected, and the hot water pressure was inadequate. The WiFi signal was weak, making it difficult to connect to the internet.

Great view from the room and the restaurant, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. One of the best things about this hotel is the amazing food; the dishes are expertly prepared and delicious.
The hotel is difficult to find, and parking is a significant inconvenience. the rooms are quite small, making it difficult for several people to navigate comfortably.

I was really eager to visit the Votania Herbs and chose to stay at Cressa Ghitonia Village solely for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff at the reception, even though it closes at night. Additionally, I really enjoyed the restaurant on-site that offers Cretan dishes with stunning views of the mountains and the Aegean Sea. The availability of modern comforts such as a spa, outdoor pool, terrace, garden, and bar was a great bonus. The surrounding gorges, green hills, lakes, and archaeological sites truly enhanced the authenticity of the Cretan experience.
The air-conditioning in our apartment at Cressa Ghitonia Village worked well in the first room but did not adequately cool the further rooms and bathroom, resulting in a humid and hot atmosphere. It's important to note that due to the many steps and uneven ground, this may not be the most suitable place for families with small children who require easy accessibility.
